Do you offer price matching?
No, we do not currently offer a price guarantee or price matching.
No tracking updates from the shipping company? (DHL)
If you have chosen DHL, the first tracking update will appear only after the package has been sorted in Neumünster. If you have received a tracking link from us, it means your package is on its way, even if DHL has not yet registered it.
Unfortunately, we cannot see tracking between our warehouse and DHL's terminal. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking. Weekends and public holidays are not included in these 48 hours.
Is there a student discount?
We do not currently offer a general student discount. However, we have ongoing campaigns and offers that may be of interest. You can find current promotions here! We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay up to date on offers and news.
What payment methods do you offer?

The product I want is out of stock – when will it be back?
We continuously update stock status and estimated arrival dates as new information becomes available. If a product lacks an arrival date on the website, you can contact us at [email protected], and we will check when the next delivery is expected.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you can contact us at [email protected] to request a change or cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible. In such cases, we refer to our return policy.
When will my order be shipped?
Our warehouse processes orders on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 (CET/CEST). Orders for in-stock products confirmed before 16:00 (CET/CEST) on weekdays are normally handled the same working day. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. You will see the specific delivery times and available options for your location in the checkout before completing your purchase. Please note that deviations may occur during high-volume periods, such as Christmas shopping, Black Friday, and other campaign periods.
How can I track my package?
Tracking information is sent via email once your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received this information, please contact us at [email protected] and provide full order details, including your order number.
Can I pick up my order from you?
No, we do not currently offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via our shipping partners.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal and exchange, provided that the applicable conditions are met. Full terms can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
My product arrived with a broken part or is defective. What do I do now?
Claims/returns are registered via our return portal, click here. To register the case, you will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After registration, you will receive further instructions on how the case will be handled.
What type of warranty does MaxGaming offer?
The warranty period is normally 1–2 years, depending on the product and manufacturer. The specific warranty period is stated on each product page. Matters regarding warranty or claims are registered via our return portal, click here.
