Is usually the most popular option. Gives a softer feel with a deeper sound and sometimes even a "thocky" sound profile. Also provides a smoother bottom-out.
FR4
Softer than aluminium, and provides a neutral sound profile. Harder material than polycarbonate but still provides some flex.
Carbon Fibre
Rigid material. Gives a higher pitch sound with a bit of flex.
Alu
Not as stiff as carbon fiber. Slightly deeper sound. Very little flex.
