We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at MaxGaming.com, you have the opportunity to return the item(s) within 14 days if the item(s).
Keep in mind that the packaging is your responsibility. That includes both costs for the return delivery and the product itself. We recommend using a delivery service that ensures a safe delivery and gives you value for the content.
The return package should include the original packaging and brand labels along with the receipt. The product can only be returned if it has not been worn or used. If you are trying out clothing, please avoid using perfume/deodorant or other products that will leave a mark of scent on the product. We won’t be able to accept the return if these instructions have not been followed.
Of course, you can exchange sizes if you want. The same terms apply where the item you wish to exchange has not been used or worn and the original receipt is included in the package. Preferably you have contacted us at email@example.com before sending us a return package so that we know to expect your support claim.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return package.
Reminder: When returning a product, always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending it and always include the receipt or a note with order number and the issue. That will help us distinguish your package and provide you with the fastest support handling possible. The return needs to be confirmed and agreed by us through a written mail. We will not accept any returns without order confirmation. An administration fee of 20€ will also be taken into account if the return is being issued without our confirmation or agreement.
If there is no order number or customer information included in the return package, we won’t be able to handle your support issue.
Failed Delivery and unclaimed packages
DHL usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. This varies among the destination countries. If you are not present during delivery, DHL will leave a slip containing information on where you can pick up your package. If you for any reason haven’t received it, please contact your nearest DHL service-point with your tracking number.
If your order is for any reason unable to get delivered or unclaimed, it will be returned to us after having spent some time in the carrier's holding pen in Germany. At the time we receive the return package we will contact you and either resend the package or offer a refund.
By far the most common shipping issue is the dreaded “invalid address/recipient error” (please see the above paragraph).
For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return shipping and handling to the customer.
