Then check out this weight reduction mod for the Logitech G502 Hero gaming mouse. Hailed as one of the best gaming mice ever made, we decided to make it better. This base plate replaces the original base of the G502. The base weighs 29.1 grams, and the new base is 4.1 grams for a weight reduction of 25 grams.

Installation is pretty easy with a #000 Phillips screwdriver.

If you want to remove the change, it is completely reversible. The old base can be easily reinstalled and the mouse is back to the original.
