Then check out this weight-reducing modification for the Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless gaming mouse. This base plate replaces the original base on the V2 Pro. The stock base weighs in at 13.6 grams, and the new base is 3.6 grams for a weight reduction of 10.0 grams. In our tests, this brought the mouse to just over 48 grams!Installation is quite simple with a #1 Phillips screwdriver and a T6 Torx screwdriver. There are 6 screws to remove.
If you want to remove the modification, it is completely reversible. The old base can easily be reinstalled and the mouse is back to original.
