PT Black is a linear switch with a 5-pin configuration. It is designed to provide a smooth and silent key press, preventing audible clicking sounds. With an operation force of 43gf and a bottom out force of 50gf, it is suitable for both gaming and typing. It has a pre-travel of 2.0±0.2mm and a total travel of 4.0±0.2mm, allowing for quick responsiveness and precise registration of key presses. The switch's core technology is based on a POM stem and modified nylon housings, contributing to durability and stability. The spring is a 19mm single stage, providing a smooth and consistent resistance during use. The factory lubrication is light and applied to stem legs and the bottom side of the spring, minimizing friction. The 5-pin design connection allows for easy installation and compatibility with most custom keyboards.
