Roccat Kone XP Air Wireless Gaming Mouse with Charging Dock - Black

Good mouse but really worth the price? I'm not a gamer, but I bought it because I want a wireless mouse with a large number of easily accessible buttons, nice RGB and the special Easy Shift function that gives extra functions. I use it for image processing and general browsing and computer use. At first I was surprised by how small and cute it is as I am used to larger mice. It feels a bit like a cheap and simple mouse and to be honest the finish isn't the best as the RGB light seeps through a bit here and there. Something that really annoys is that it often CRACKS when you hold it in certain ways and press certain buttons. It might have something to do with it being so light and here I wish they added a few grams to make it more stable. Ok for a mouse for SEK 300 but questionable for a mouse for SEK 1900. The actual use goes well. The software is quite user-friendly and it is easy to program the functions. However, I think that the software can feel a little unclear here and there, as if it needed some extra review. Again, ok for a cheap mouse but questionable for SEK 1900. I have two major annoyances, apart from the cracking. One is that the center wheel wants to click to the sides way too much when I push it down. I have set the left and right arrow keys when I press the wheel left and right and very often when I press the button the pages are also activated. This is sooooo annoying, for example when I'm working with image processing and the graphics are moved to the sides when I actually want to do something else. I really hope Roccat makes some update that fixes this because I don't want to remove right/high click. The second is that the battery life is poor when the colors are on. RGB is part of the charm of this mouse and I don't want to have to close or charge it all the time. I have bought one of the most expensive mice partly because of RGB and I want to enjoy the colors too. Bottom line: This is a very capable mouse but some flaws drag down the rating. If Roccat made it a little more stable and used a bigger battery it would be more affordable and for me it would be ok if the weight increased a bit.

Bra mus men verkligen värd priset? Jag är ingen gamer utan jag köpte den för att jag vill ha en trådlös mus med ett stort antal lättillgängliga knappar, snygg RGB och den speciella Easy Shift-funktionen som ger extra funktioner. Jag använder den för bildbehandling och allmänt surfande och datoranvändande. Först blev jag förvånad över hur liten och nätt den är då jag är van vid större möss. Den känns lite som en billig och enkel mus och ärligt talat är finishen inte den bästa då RGB-ljuset sipprar igenom lite här och där. Något som irriterar ordentligt är att den ofta KNAKAR när man håller den på vissa sätt och trycker på vissa knappar. Det kan ha att göra med att den är så lätt och här skulle jag önska att de la på några gram för att göra den mer stadig. Ok för en mus för 300 kr men tveksamt för en mus för 1900 kr. Själva användandet går bra. Mjukvaran är rätt så användarvänlig och det är lätt att programmera funktionerna. Dock tycker jag att mjukvaran kan kännas lite otydlig här och där, som att den skulle behövas någon extra genomgång. Återigen, ok för en billig mus men tveksamt för 1900 kr. Jag har två större irritationsmoment, förutom knakandet. Det ena är att mittenhjulet alldeles för gärna vill klicka åt sidorna när jag trycker ned det. Jag har ställt in vänster och höger piltangent när jag trycker hjulet vänster resp höger och väldigt ofta när jag trycker ner knappen så aktiveras även sidorna. Detta är såååå irriterande exempelvis när jag arbetar med bildbehandling och grafiken flyttas åt sidorna när jag egentligen vill göra något annat. Jag hoppas verkligen att Roccat gör någon uppdatering som löser detta för jag vill inte ta bort vä/hö-klick. Det andra är att batteritiden är dålig när färgerna är igång. RGB är ju en del av tjusningen med denna mus och jag vill inte vara tvungen att stänga alternativt att ladda den hela tiden. Jag har köpt en av de dyraste mössen delvis pga RGB och jag vill njuta av färgerna också. Sammanfattningsvis: Detta är en mycket kompetent mus men vissa brister drar ner omdömet. Om Roccat gjorde den lite stadigare samt använde ett större batteri skulle den vara mer prisvärd och för mig skulle det vara ok om vikten ökade något.
