It can function both as a ZigBee coordinator and router, supporting parallel operation of ZigBee and Thread through MultiPAN mode. Connection is made via a USB-A port, and a 1-meter USB extension cable is included for better placement of the device. Firmware updates are quick and done easily with the SONOFF Dongle Flasher tool.
